Q and A

One thing I want you to know about Schneider is:
We have a culture that offers team members the ability to learn, grow and be challenged no matter your role or length of service. It sounds cliché, but until you see and feel it firsthand, describing it doesn't do it justice.

Who is someone you admire, and why?
My mom. She is a selfless and compassionate woman who literally does it all and with more energy than I can dream of. Not to mention, she’s hilarious and doesn’t think I have ever done anything wrong.

I know more about this than most anyone:
Latest trends in golf equipment, although it hasn't resulted in a lower handicap.

On Friday nights, you’ll probably find me:
Trying to sneak in a few holes before dark and kicking off the weekend with a cocktail.

Looking into the future, the one thing I’m most excited about for Schneider is:
Continuing to see fellow team members advance their careers. The phenomenal growth we've experienced over the past few years has given team members in every department amazing opportunities for advancement. Seeing someone passionately go after something they want and then flourishing when they have it is very cool to witness firsthand.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Spending time with my wife and kids. Seeing our kids experience things for the first time with my wife is more enjoyable than anything I have seen or done myself.

What are some causes you care about and why?
St Baldrick’s Foundation. They are a volunteer and donor powered charity funding the most promising cancer research just for kids. I was first introduced to this organization through intercollegiate athletics and now as a parent to two vibrant and growing kids of my own, I have an even deeper appreciation for the work this organization is performing.
