Mike joined Pacteon Group and subsidiary companies (including Schneider Packaging Equipment Company, Inc., Phoenix Wrappers Corporation, and ESS Technologies, Inc.) as CEO in 2022 to accelerate both organic and acquisition growth. Mike brings extensive industry knowledge and expertise with 20 years of leadership experience in packaging automation. His experience includes President of Kliklok LLC, a Syntegon company, President and CEO of H.G. Weber, and General Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
Mike understands the global economy and working with Fortune 500 companies. He also serves in various leadership roles within the industry including the PMMI Board of Directors and Garvey Corporation Board of Directors.
Mike received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
