Schneider's compact systems combine a case packer and a palletizer into a
single cost effective solution. Cases are automatically
erected, then loaded with product, sealed, labeled, and then
palletized in one system cell.
Schneider Robotic Pick and Place Packing  Schneider Packaging Equipment specializes in integrating robotic arms with Schneider end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) and other Schneider components required to provide a complete and integrated packing solution for your needs. Robox Vi - Vision Intelligence Series Schneider Robotic Bottle Packing  Schneider combines their proven robotic case packing and palletizing system technology with the latest in vision intelligence technology, (Vi technology). The combination of the robot with vision in one machine eliminates the need for product orientation prior to the case packer. The Robox Vi uses a FANUC robotic arm with integrated vision in a state-of-the-art case packer. The Robox Vi will identify, pick up and orient random bottles or other randomly oriented items off a conveyor, arrange them into a pattern, then pack the items directly into corrugated cases. Schneider also uses robotics for palletizing, depalletizing, and decasing, among other flexible solutions.
