Schneider MP-20 Multi-Packing/Bundling System
 The Schneider MP-20 Multi-Packer/Bundler complements the broad array of downstream product lines that Schneider offers. The MP-20 takes single product and collates them into a bundle, inserts a "J" or "U" card if required, and shrink wraps the bundle using either Polyethylene or PVC films. Single product enters the feed conveyor and is divided into balanced lanes. Depending on J-card or registered film selections, the appropriate motions take place. If registered film is selected through the touchscreen, the J-card function will be automatically disabled. Film type is selected by automatic touchscreen settings. If the J-card is selected, a pick and place mechansim places the J-card in front of the collated product and simultaneously wraps the film around the product as it enters the film plow station. The film is cut and sealed as the product travels through the shrink tunnel and onto the system discharge conveyor. The MP-20 is available in either stainless or painted carbon steel and features primary Servo operated motions for smooth, continuous operation, collation, and container handling. |
