Overview of
Schneider Customized Robotic Palletizer Training
Schneider offers customized equipment training in the following areas:
The objective of the Operation Training is to familiarize personnel with the operation, procedures and terminology of the Schneider supplied equipment. Trainees will be able to correctly start up and shut down the equipment. Trainees will also be able to identify faults and jams as well as how to rectify these situations and restart the equipment. This training should be expected to last 2 - 4 hours. For the purpose of clarity and thoroughness, Operation Training classes should be limited to five persons per class. Training includes both classroom and “hands on” at the machine. Training material is developed specifically for your equipment. A hardcopy of the training handbook is provided for each training participant.
2. Technician
Training:
The objective of the Technician Training is to familiarize technicians with the various systems utilized on the Schneider supplied equipment. In addition to understanding how to operate the Schneider equipment, the technicians will be able to identify problems, troubleshoot systems, perform changeovers and replace components. As a prerequisite, Technicians should have experience in troubleshooting mechanical systems, pneumatic systems as well as experience in identifying components in PLC based machinery. This training should be expected to last 6 - 8 hours. For the purpose of clarity and thoroughness, Technician Training classes should be limited to five persons per class. Training includes both classroom and “hands on” at the machine. Training material is developed specifically for your equipment. A hardcopy of the training handbook is provided for each training participant.

Schneider technicians are skilled in electrical, mechanical, and programming to work on stand-alone machinery, robots and systems. Our technicians maintain the highest level of technical skills through continuous vendor training, technical bulletins and in-house seminars. The service department provides machine installations, start up coverage, training, modifications, audits, preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting.
