Case and Tray Sealers
Stand-alone case sealing units may be purchased from Schneider with either hot melt glue or tape seal.
Schneider bottom and top sealing units are ideal for hand packing environments.
The units shown above were integrated together for hand packing 3- and 5-gallon bags of liquid.
A Schneider Case Erector erects the case and discharges it onto a conveyor where the bags were placed into the cases, and the cases were indexed into the sealer for automatic flap folding and sealing.
Schneider Case Sealers can also be purchased and integrated with Schneider Case Erectors or existing equipment for a complete system.
